New Nebula Ordering & Provisioning Portal

The Nebula hosted application has been a part of the comprehensive Voiceflex product portfolio for 18 months and has been well received by our channel partners. As part of our commitment to our partners, we continually listen to your feedback and always look for product improvements.
An area identified was the clunky ordering and provisioning process. This has been resolved and is now simple and straightforward. All you need to do is:
- Create the company in the Voiceflex portal
- Generate a New Order for Nebula account set up
- Log in to the Nebula portal
- Provision Nebula extensions, IVRs, etc.
- Start using your new PBX
“We’ve made a few changes to streamline processes. All our partners need to do now with the Nebula portal is to enter the account and set up the users. Every extension added and application posted to the ordering portal will be billed accordingly. It couldn’t be simpler” says Paul Taylor, Sales Director.
